Today's Harvest

Today's Harvest: Persimmons, Apples, and Peppers.

I might make some applesauce, dried persimmons, 
and turkey chili with green peppers.
Anyone have any better suggestions?

Pumpkin persimmon bread.
1. Buy trader joes pumpkin bread mix. Follow directions on the box.
2. Add diced persimmons including skin.
3. I prefer to make this into muffins and mini muffins to go in our lunches. I keep them in the freezer.
