Cheddar Bay Biscuits


I'm home, it's raining, it's time to make the clone of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits as found in Todd Wilbur's Top Secret Restaurants 2



Well, almost as found in Top Secret Restaurant Recipies... 
The original recipe includes Bisquick and Whole Milk.  I lightened it up a tiny bit by using Heart Smart Bisquick and Fat Free Milk.  I used just as much butter as the recipe called for, though, and I used regular Cheddar Cheese.  It tastes pretty good.  I may try and make a truely low fat version of these Biscuits.  If I do, I will post the recipe.  For now, you'll have to get your own book.
